Krensavage doesn't expect huge returns on drug stocks, like those after Hillary Care collapsed during Bill Clinton's presidency. But he still thinks making drugs is hard to beat.

"You make a pill for a nickel and sell it for four dollars," he says. "Those economics can overcome some management incompetence."
